Absolutely unacceptable behavior from Opodo. My flight from Dubai was cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances, and I was explicitly promised a full refund. Instead, they deducted amount without justification.
This feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers during a crisis. There is no excuse for this and stop hiding behind vague explanations.
