First and last order. I bought a ticket through Opodo and Renfe informed me they canceled it so booked another one at a totally different time that does not suit me. I have tried to reach Opodo on chat, probably 7 times total, 3 times they lied that they will contact me within 24 hours (never the.case), other times no one responded for two hours. I am shocked how bad it is. Do not do it unless you wanna lose money.
