Ordered a tire with a promised 2 working day delivery. After 4 days, it still hadn't arrived. I contacted customer service, only to be told it would arrive today (Friday) or Monday. On Monday, I contacted the courier and found out the delivery depot hadn't received the tire. I was informed it would take 30 days to process a refund if the tire couldn't be located, leaving me needing to buy from another supplier.
