Ordered a tire with a promised 2 working day delivery. After 4 days, it still hadn't arrived. I contacted customer service, only to be told it would arrive today (Friday) or Monday. On Monday, I contacted the courier and found out the delivery depot hadn't received the tire. I was informed it would take 30 days to process a refund if the tire couldn't be located, leaving me needing to buy from another supplier.
I ordered 5 tires, but they sent the wrong size. After 2 phone calls and many apologies, they blamed the warehouse. This is my first and last time using this service; there seems to be a lack of communication or care for customer needs. I regret that they were cheap for a reason.
