Order #164638993 for a single Hankook for Tesla. I received a faulty tire that was discovered by the installer, but since the old tire was unrepairable and the new tire's fault was not critical, I proceeded to install it. I opened a warranty claim and attached a video showing the problem. I expected a swift resolution from OPONEO by sending a new tier and returning old one. Instead, I was dealing with the most annoying support people ever. OPONEO asked to return the tire for "factory testing," which can take up to 60 days. In the meantime, no spare tire will be supplied to the customer. Testing tires on customers (time) expense is unacceptable. Saving 5 euros compared to other online tire shops is not worth it when you have to deal with such an incompetent aftersales, and this was the last time I purchased anything from Oponeo.nl
