I'm quite unhappy with how my order has been managed. The tires and pricing were good, but the installation process was not handled well. Initially, when I contacted the installation point, they stated they do not partner with the service, despite the delivery being scheduled there. Then, when I reached customer support, they advised me to go to another installation site that is 25 km away from my home. I wasn't able to change the delivery point to my house or another installation location. This meant I had to pick up my tires from the first installation point and arrange for a new appointment elsewhere. Upon arrival to collect my tires, they were simply left outside the building, which raises concerns about whether anyone checked them upon delivery. If there was any damage, who would be accountable? Moreover, there was no one at the service center when I got there, so I had to take the tires without any assistance. If it had been someone else, they could have easily stolen the tires worth 600 euros. This situation is unacceptable. If the service is reading this, it's crucial to address these issues and ensure that installation points are properly monitored.

Total waste of time. I ordered two tires, one of which had a 4-5 working day delivery estimate, which was fine for me. However, we are now at the end of the 6th working day and still no update. I reached out on the 5th day, and they apologized, but there’s still no news. I’m left with only one tire, which is frustrating, and I need to return it because I will miss my track day due to this issue. Returning it will also incur costs, as they do not provide a free return service. The entire system feels outdated; I have no account to track my order, only the option to email them. The return process requires filling out a physical form.
Ordered falken azenis fk520 tyres i asked them what is the built year they said no older then 2-3 y but if im not satisfied with it just dont accept it and send them back then they willMake sure i get brand new!! But i got 2025 tyres so all good and the price was cheaper then anywhere else online by big amount… and shipment was like 3 work days
