Paid off loan, accepted, approved payment.
Then tried to state loan was not paid off.
As well, as increased "revised" pay off amount.
Verified loan was paid from bank/card.
Still argued that it was not.
Diffent contact numbers to call, which is suspicious.
Apparently system is so inadequate that it reverts that loan was not paid, when in reality loan is completed and paid off.
Told that within 24 hours it will show paid off again.
If not remedied, next call is attorney.
Call center was helpful,
(2 star reason) but call center is not the shady company.
Predatory lending is the worse.
Lesson learned.
Will not recommend.
