After about 3 goes at OPSM getting my script right, I gave up. Even on a straight 2+ lens, their glasses were unusable. I've had to stick to supermarket ones. At least I can see through them.I asked for a refund and got my own money back immediately. However, 14 weeks later, after multiple attempts in store and via their CS hotline, the money my Health Fund paid still has not been refunded. Apparently, their Accounts Dept has to do the refund but they are in the Phillipines. Despite numerous requests, they never action it. I cannot get new glasses until it is refunded. As far as I am concerned, they effectively have stolen this money.
