Terrible customer service, avoid! Went into the Garden City Perth WA store with my UK prescription to order a box of contact lens, took my details and was about to order when was told they need to see the box which I didn’t have, said sure its xyz brand, was told by Tara if its wrong it would be very annoying if they had to send them back. Ok, fair enough. She gave me an email and I took her name so I could email through the details. Went home, and did this, emailed bounced back, mail box full, tried twice and rang and left message. No call back or response to email.A few weeks later went in again, with my lens, spoke to Tara again, and explained had emailed twice, ‘oh that bounce back message is automatic, we do receive emails’ i was told as if this was obvious. Oh, ok? But I didn’t get a response!? To which an older blonde lady behind the counter said ‘oh we get so many emails, we can’t answer them all’.My face dropped at this response. I should have walked out then and there as this clearly shows the level of customer care. Anyway to cut a long story short, surprisingly they now couldn’t actually help with my contact lens. Which ultimately I am pleased about and have since ordered via another company.Reading other reviews, I’m not the first to complain.
