I was given an appointment on 4 February 2026 for suspected pre‑glaucoma screening. After the appointment, I was told that a doctor would call me within one week, but I never received a call. I contacted Optegra to ask what was happening and was told that I would receive an appointment by post within the next two weeks.
Two weeks passed and I still hadn’t received anything, so I called again. This time I was told that there were no appointments available and that I would have to wait, but that I had now been added to the waiting list.
This has been very disappointing service. It has been over one month since my scans, and I still don’t know the results. It is extremely worrying.
