Overall excellent experience. I've visited White city's optical express and Rakhee served us with kindness and respect. My optician was Nektare and she was lovely; she explained in detail about how she was going to examine me and what the procedure was going to be like. There was also snacks and drinks provided. Probably the best optitian I've visited. Would highly recommend!
