booked with them for an initial consult and then learned more about Lasik and changed my mind - asked to cancel and they said it was no problem but then proceeded to charge me a fifty pound cancellation fee. very glad i didn't trust them with my eyesight if they can't even manage basic customer service. all they had to do was say no you cant cancel at this point or we will charge but they obviously were more interested in getting the money than transparency. im autistic and managing appointments is hard enough without companies actively trying to catch you out
