I would definitely recommend Optical Express if you are looking to get laser eye surgery (I had LASIK). I used the Milton Keynes branch and I was very impressed with the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable and put at ease throughout my experience. I was taken carefully through all the steps, everything was made very clear to me, I was given a booklet which thoroughly explains everything and I was given lots of opportunities to ask questions and reclarify anything I wasn't sure of. I was naturally a bit apprehensive but the environment and how carefully my care was handled throughout, from initial consultation, pre surgery consultation surgery itself and aftercare has been top notch and super reassuring. I have experienced extra dryness in my eyes since my surgery but have been given advice on managing this, and this feels like a small price to pay for being free from glasses after 24 years!
