Steer clear! You get what you pay for.

The low rating is entirely justified by my experience. I purchased prescription safety glasses, and after just five months, one of the arms broke. They weren't even used heavily. When I reached out, customer service informed me that the glasses only have a two-month guarantee, which is unacceptable for safety glasses. They offered a 35% discount as a goodwill gesture, which is the same discount they advertise year-round. After I pointed that out, they upped it to 40%, which is hardly an improvement. It feels like their pricing is designed to make the discount irrelevant. Given the short guarantee and lack of durability, I would not recommend this company.
