Appealing appearance but disappointingly short lifespan

The item looks nice upon arrival, but it only lasts about three months with regular use and care. The warranty is inconsistent; the company doesn’t honor it and expects you to cover shipping from overseas for defective items. I purchased four pairs, and they all had the same issue. I won't be giving them another chance. The material quality is very low. I advise staying away.

Incorrect prescription and lack of support

The glasses I received have the wrong prescription and are advertised as light-responsive, but they don’t change color at all. I’ve requested a refund and a return label, yet I’ve received neither. I feel like I’m getting the runaround from this company.

Uncomfortable glasses with distorted vision

The glasses were low quality and uncomfortable, with peripheral distortion in the lenses. They wanted me to visit an independent shop to verify the installed prescription, which I found impractical due to the cost and time involved. Then they suggested I ship the glasses back to them at my expense. I genuinely believe this company has no intention of honoring their return policy.

Avoid doing business with this company

Do not order glasses from this company

Avoid ordering glasses from this company! I placed an order in early November 2025 and only received them in January 2026. This was my first time ordering glasses online, and while I liked the frame, they were too small for my face. I reached out to return them, but they refused to allow it. Other retailers I considered offered replacements or refunds.

Poor service and product quality

This company clearly lacks expertise. Their communication is terrible, the quality is subpar, delivery is slow, and they messed up my prescription without offering a refund. Save your money and avoid these amateurs. I'm stuck with a pair of glasses that are completely useless.

Fraudulent practices and misleading return policy

This company is misleading, and their return policy is deceptive. I received a new prescription and ordered sunglasses, but the prescription was incorrect, making them unusable. After sending multiple emails requesting a return authorization, I received vague responses and endless questions. They even demanded a photo of my other sunglasses, which has nothing to do with my order. They refuse to issue a return authorization and seem intent on wearing me down. I have all the email evidence and will dispute the charge with my credit card company. The frames are low quality, similar to what you'd find at a convenience store.

Steer clear! You get what you pay for.

The low rating is entirely justified by my experience. I purchased prescription safety glasses, and after just five months, one of the arms broke. They weren't even used heavily. When I reached out, customer service informed me that the glasses only have a two-month guarantee, which is unacceptable for safety glasses. They offered a 35% discount as a goodwill gesture, which is the same discount they advertise year-round. After I pointed that out, they upped it to 40%, which is hardly an improvement. It feels like their pricing is designed to make the discount irrelevant. Given the short guarantee and lack of durability, I would not recommend this company.
