I ordered glasses on November 5th and after more than 5 weeks and multiple excuses, I still haven't received them. The tracking on the website is useless, and my follow-ups have yielded no results. Six weeks later, I was told my single vision glasses weren't eligible for a 3-day turnaround due to prescription parameters. Then, I was informed that the glasses were made but the frame or lens was damaged. Finally, I received an update stating that the frames were no longer available and I needed to choose a different color. I honestly never write reviews, but this has been the worst experience I've had as a consumer in over 45 years! At this point, I don't expect to see the glasses at all and am just waiting for the next excuse.
