I placed an order for glasses on November 5th and have received no updates; the tracking on the website is useless. Despite numerous follow-ups, six weeks have passed and I still haven't received my glasses. First excuse: After several attempts to contact them, I was told, "Your single vision glasses are not eligible for a 3-day turnaround due to some parameter on the prescription." Second excuse: I was informed, "Your glasses were made, but either the frame or lens is damaged or broken (a classic retail excuse about not passing quality assurance)." They promised to fix it and send it out as soon as possible. Third excuse: Finally, I received an update from the company stating, "The frames you ordered are no longer available, and you need to choose another color. Glasses will be dispatched next week." I won't be holding my breath. I rarely write reviews, but this has been the worst experience I've had as a consumer in over 45 years! At this point, I don't expect to receive the glasses and am almost looking forward to the next excuse.
I sent my glasses for replacement lenses two weeks before my overseas trip. I received them back after a week with new lenses, but they didn't have the transition effect. I had to fight for a resolution, which ended up being to send them back for the correct lenses after my return. There was no communication after I sent them back, and I ended up paying for postal insurance for sending them back twice. To top it off, the original lenses were returned just tossed in the case.

I ordered with a promised 3-day turnaround but heard nothing after 5 days! Their website should clarify the turnaround time for single vs multifocal lenses. The disclaimer is not on the page that advertises the 72-hour turnaround, but on a different page entirely. This is misleading.
I sent a new pair of frames for prescription lenses, only to receive them back in a hyper-extended state. They are unwearable! When I complained, the company denied responsibility. It's a good idea to photograph anything you send for proof of condition.

I ordered from the quick dispatch range, but it has now been over 13 business days with no glasses. I was initially told my prescription couldn't be processed without an extra charge, but later they said it could be processed without the fee. When I requested a refund, I was told I had to let them serve me. After two requests, I finally got approval for a refund.
