I ordered glasses expecting a 10-12 business day dispatch but received them 23 days later. The quality of the frames and lenses was poor, and they were not made correctly for my measurements. I experienced a fuzzy viewing experience that made me dizzy. This product was unacceptable, as I had no issues with previous orders from another retailer. I'm now reluctant to try this company again due to my experience.
