My wife needed new glasses . We were in store so we went to see what was available. Tom came and spoke to us ,asked what we wanted and took us through the options and availability . He hadn't long been in the job but he was very competent and reassuring ,when he did have a quierry his colleague Karl ably assisted.We left with two pairs of glasses . Great valu and service. So well done Tom and Karl . Unfortunately the glasses are so good my wife has decided she doesn't like the look of me now .
