So I returned to the store in January. Taiba and Jeni understood my problem, though I didn't want them to think I was trying to get something for nothing. However, Taiba insisted, if I wasn't happy with my glasses, she would change the lenses. She wanted me to be satisfied with my glasses. The end result is new lenses in both everyday glasses and sunglasses. Taiba gave me the option of changing the frames of my everyday glasses, which is a huge gesture and a higher cost for Asda. Both Taiba and Jeni have been amazing throughout this process. Jeni took so much time and care when I picked my 'new' glasses up. I am so grateful to them both and I'd like to give them the credit they deserve.
