Disappointing experience and inadequate customer support. I found the frames I tried were the wrong size. As it was my first time ordering this product, I wasn’t aware that clear frames wouldn’t allow for a free size upgrade. This wasn’t communicated clearly on the website. The representative I spoke with was neither helpful nor understanding. I received a refund that was less than what I initially paid for the glasses. I won’t be recommending or using this service again.
