Review Time
It has now been 22 days since I paid in full for my sunglasses (£119), and I still don't have a confirmed delivery date! The customer service is extremely disappointing and misleading. There seems to be no proper complaints procedure, just an ignored email address. I am now approaching the 4th week of waiting for my glasses, and there appears to be no progress. How many more times will this service take people's money without having the stock or capability to fulfill orders? I regret not having read reviews like this before spending my money!
Disappointing experience, should have chosen differently. I placed an order for glasses on December 19th, and almost a month later, I still have no idea when they will arrive. They keep promising delivery in 7-14 days, but now they say it could take 2-4 weeks. Communication is lacking unless I reach out to them. They do reply to emails promptly and have offered a refund, but if I order from another place, it might take some time, even though the price is reasonable. Very frustrating.
I placed an order three weeks before Christmas for a gift. It took two weeks just to get a tracking number, and then it failed to deliver. The item was returned to the seller, and I received no refund. Overall, a terrible experience; I do not recommend this service at all!
