Disappointing experience, should have chosen differently. I placed an order for glasses on December 19th, and almost a month later, I still have no idea when they will arrive. They keep promising delivery in 7-14 days, but now they say it could take 2-4 weeks. Communication is lacking unless I reach out to them. They do reply to emails promptly and have offered a refund, but if I order from another place, it might take some time, even though the price is reasonable. Very frustrating.
