It has now been 22 days since I paid in full for my sunglasses (£119), and I still don't have a confirmed delivery date! The customer service is extremely disappointing and misleading. There seems to be no proper complaints procedure, just an ignored email address. I am now approaching the 4th week of waiting for my glasses, and there appears to be no progress. How many more times will this service take people's money without having the stock or capability to fulfill orders? I regret not having read reviews like this before spending my money!
