My package was lost by USPS and they said it would be close to two months before I could get a refund or replacement. I can’t get a straight answer from anyone and after writing a review they declined it because it was negative.

Complete disappointment. I'm extremely frustrated. You promoted a 50% discount on a specific item with the purchase of qualifying products. I bought FOUR items and never received ANY discount code. I had to repeatedly contact your support team, and each time I was dismissed with instructions to “wait for the email.” After several follow-ups, you finally provided ONE code instead of four — which is already unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I attempted to use that single code, I was informed that it had ALREADY BEEN USED and was entirely invalid. This isn’t just an error — it’s clear false advertising and a bait-and-switch tactic. You took my money, failed to fulfill your promises, and wasted my time throughout the entire process. I’m finished ordering from this unreliable operation. You’ve permanently lost a customer, and I will ensure others are aware of how you conduct business.

Unreliable shipping dates and poor communication

They continuously mislead about shipping dates for items that were claimed to be available. I ultimately decided to cancel my order. It appears many others are experiencing the same problem.

Untrustworthy Service

They took my money without providing proper service. I ordered an item, but the system set me up with the incorrect specifications, so I initiated a return before it even arrived. I never unboxed it, yet after the return, I was told that I had used it incorrectly. The item never left the box. Ultimately, I was charged $133 for nothing. It feels like theft. You can't trust them not to take your money.

I ordered a rifle scope online...

I ordered a rifle scope online and was notified it was delivered, but I never received it. Upon checking with the carrier, I discovered they had the wrong address, while my invoice showed the correct one. When I finally reached customer service, they asked if I had spoken to anyone at the incorrect address, which I hadn't since it was vacant. They offered to reship the order but required a signature, which is problematic as I work during the day. I ended up canceling the order and will not purchase from them again.

Absolutely the worst service

This is by far the worst customer experience I've encountered. They sent the wrong item, and I spent around 6 hours on hold and chatting to rectify the issue, only to be met with a demand for extensive paperwork. It's absurd!

This platform feels like a scam

I ordered two items from this platform. They only informed me about backorders after taking my money. Then, when I received shipping notifications, I got another message claiming payment hadn't been received, despite my bank showing the transaction. They wanted me to pay again. I called customer service and was left on hold for over 10 minutes. When I checked the order status through their automated system, it was unclear, and I struggled to understand the tracking number. This platform feels like a scam.

I bought ammunition that constantly jams

I purchased 250 rounds of ammunition from a seller, and it caused jams in both my pistols with every round. I had to buy new ammunition at the range. When I requested credit for the rounds I didn't use, the seller dismissed my concerns. A responsible retailer would acknowledge selling a defective product and offer a refund, but this seller did not.

Still backordering items labeled 'in stock'

The item was listed as in stock and ready to ship. I confirmed this before placing my order. After receiving my confirmation email, the next day I was offered substitutes for items that were not actually in stock. I canceled my order and bought from another seller who shipped the next day. I'm frustrated with the poor practices of this large online retailer.
