My package was lost by USPS and they said it would be close to two months before I could get a refund or replacement. I can’t get a straight answer from anyone and after writing a review they declined it because it was negative.
Complete disappointment. I'm extremely frustrated. You promoted a 50% discount on a specific item with the purchase of qualifying products. I bought FOUR items and never received ANY discount code. I had to repeatedly contact your support team, and each time I was dismissed with instructions to “wait for the email.” After several follow-ups, you finally provided ONE code instead of four — which is already unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I attempted to use that single code, I was informed that it had ALREADY BEEN USED and was entirely invalid. This isn’t just an error — it’s clear false advertising and a bait-and-switch tactic. You took my money, failed to fulfill your promises, and wasted my time throughout the entire process. I’m finished ordering from this unreliable operation. You’ve permanently lost a customer, and I will ensure others are aware of how you conduct business.
They took my money without providing proper service. I ordered an item, but the system set me up with the incorrect specifications, so I initiated a return before it even arrived. When I requested credit for the rounds I didn't use, the seller dismissed my concerns. A responsible retailer would acknowledge selling a defective product and offer a refund, but this seller did not.
The item was listed as in stock and ready to ship. I confirmed this before placing my order. After receiving my confirmation email, the next day I was offered substitutes for items that were not actually in stock. I canceled my order and bought from another seller who shipped the next day. I'm frustrated with the poor practices of this large online retailer.
