I would rate this a zero if possible! The claims on their website are misleading! It states that it provides access to all account data, which is completely false. I purchased this service to monitor my 13-year-old's phone activity (text messages, social media, etc.), and it failed to deliver any of that, despite the website focusing entirely on monitoring! This feels like a scam! I've emailed three times and have yet to receive a response! AVOID THIS!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I spent nearly 140.00 on this nonexistent service. I asked for help and got nothing. When I requested a refund, they offered a quarter of it back. Eventually, they said I could get two-thirds back because they gathered (nonexistent) data. I tried to dispute this with my credit card company, but they said I agreed to the service. I did, but never received what I paid for!

After reviewing the website multiple times, I thought it met my needs, so I purchased it. The only pricing options available were for 1 month, 3 months, and a year without clear tiers. I bought the 3-month option, believing it included everything advertised. To my surprise, nearly $100 only provided calendar events, notes, and videos. That was not helpful for my situation, and to access the features I thought I had paid for, they wanted another $80. I reached out via email to explain, but received no response for three days. The 'live chat' provided a non-working phone number. Communication has been rude, and I'm still waiting for a 'partial' refund. Their website is very unclear about what they offer. It feels like a bait-and-switch. Given the lack of a working contact number and slow responses, I would label this site as borderline fraudulent. I would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.
I haven’t received all the information, despite following all the instructions. I haven’t seen anything from social media or messages. I’m confident I adhered to the guidelines. The email support button doesn’t work. I’d like a refund if all I’m getting is incoming and missed calls.
Once again, I failed to check reviews before paying for this service. I wanted to monitor my child's phone to ensure proper behavior. I paid for access to their monitoring site and quickly realized that what I received was not what I expected. They want additional payment for their 'extreme' service, even though the basic service suggested that wasn’t necessary. Plus, email support is unhelpful, you can't delete your account, and obtaining a refund is ridiculous.
