My treatment was ineffective, and I was referred to another option two weeks later. I called the clinic a few days before to confirm the appointment, only to be told it wasn't possible and that I had received incorrect information. No one from the company reached out for a follow-up; I had to arrange it myself. I've made numerous attempts to contact them for a refund, but I've only been met with excuses and assurances that my emails were forwarded to a manager. To this day, no one has reached out to me. This entire process has been emotionally draining, and I'm extremely frustrated with the service provided. I've requested a full refund multiple times, but all I've received are empty promises. It has been months since my initial request, and still, no refund has come through.
