Due to a family wedding, I was able to adjust my surgery dates to better fit my schedule, providing me with four options to choose from. I truly appreciate the peace of mind and reassurance.
The experience was fantastic; they truly make you feel secure and at ease. Everything exceeded my expectations. Many of my colleagues have been curious about where I had my treatment done, and they've even asked for the clinic's name. I highly recommend this place and can't wait for others to experience it as well. I only wish I had known about this clinic sooner. Definitely the best clinic in the area.
My treatment was ineffective, and I was referred to another option two weeks later. I called the clinic a few days before to confirm the appointment, only to be told it wasn't possible and that I had received incorrect information. No one from the company reached out for a follow-up; I had to arrange it myself. I've made numerous attempts to contact them for a refund, but I've only been met with excuses and assurances that my emails were forwarded to a manager. To this day, no one has reached out to me. This entire process has been emotionally draining, and I'm extremely frustrated with the service provided. I've requested a full refund multiple times, but all I've received are empty promises. It has been months since my initial request, and still, no refund has come through.
The procedure was exceptionally well-managed and straightforward. The follow-up care was excellent. However, I did face some challenges with scheduling the 24-hour aftercare, particularly regarding availability. Having an operation center located in the West would significantly enhance access for these procedures.
As soon as I entered, everyone was very helpful. The nurses and surgeons explained each step of the procedure, and I had many questions that they answered, which eased my worries and built my trust in the team. I have recommended them to others, as they were very clear about everything; it was a great experience.
