I followed up with the "agent" for three consecutive days and did not receive any acknowledgment or response regarding the issue. It's one thing to make a mistake on the order initially, but to completely ignore the mistake and the concern reflects a total lack of integrity from the company. My experience aligns with several reviews highlighting the company's inadequate customer service. I would recommend choosing a different service in the future!
