I was left constantly chasing them, but still, there was no movement. Important evidence was not properly pursued, information went missing, and I was left without clear answers or guidance. I expected professionalism, but instead, I faced confusion, silence, and continuous delays. My case handler eventually stopped responding entirely, even after multiple formal requests, leaving my claim completely stalled and causing significant stress and disruption in my life. Due to how my case has been managed, I am now preparing legal action to recover the losses and damages incurred from their delays and lack of communication. No client should ever have to face this situation. This entire experience has been deeply upsetting, unnecessarily stressful, and unprofessionally unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to think very carefully. My experience has been exhausting, costly, and damaging. Avoid at all costs.
