I reached out when my business was still fairly new and I was at that stage where you’re juggling a hundred things at once, trying to grow, trying to do everything properly, and at the same time worrying that one dodgy clause in a contract or one wrong decision early on could come back to bite you later. I didn’t want generic advice, I wanted someone to actually look at what I was doing and tell me, in plain English, what I should be doing to protect myself.
That’s exactly what I got.
They went through my documents properly, genuine, careful review. They pointed out things I would never have spotted on my own and explained why they mattered, without making me feel silly for asking. They also helped me tighten up wording in a way that was still fair, but much clearer, so there’s less room for misunderstanding down the line.

Poor service; they unexpectedly added over £500 in fees to my account just before the completion of my home, without any prior warning. Part of this amount was due to interest accrued since the beginning of the month, despite my repeated requests for completion for over a month. Terrible service and communication.
