I do not recommend using Optimal Solicitors. In my opinion, they do not do everything they can for the benefit of their clients. Their communication is very poor – they do not respond to emails, and I have no idea what stage my case is at. I am starting to have serious concerns that I have been scammed because they completely stopped responding when they were supposed to receive my compensation. A lack of professionalism and reliability. I strongly advise against using their services!
