I have reached out to their customer service with a few questions about my ring. They were so quick to answer, so kind in giving me all the answers I needed! I have also loved the data the ring has given me so far. I was a little surprised when the ring came in curved, you can tell more of the shape of the ring in review pictures than in the listing pictures. It didn’t bother me, I was just not expecting it! Overall it is a great ring/company!!
