I emailed the customer support ring as the appearance of my ring started to not look the best - quite scratched after only 2.5 months.
Wearing it only for its intended use etc.
The customer service team responded so quickly & were able to rectify my concerns. I greatly appreciate the support for the company & overall i love my optim ring & the app too!

Overall Positive Experience with My Ring

My ring has performed excellently since I bought it in September, but it recently stopped tracking the sleep function. The support team has been helpful, despite some delays in their responses, and I will be receiving a replacement after a careful review and diagnosis. I'm giving a 4-star rating and will update it to 5 stars once I have the new one. Overall, for such a valuable ring, my experience has been positive.

I really love the appearance of the ring; it’s quite charming! Setting up the app was straightforward. I’m looking forward to tracking my metrics like heart rate variability, sleep, and stress levels. The sizing kit was dispatched and arrived around 10 days after my order, while the ring itself came about 8 days after providing my size. The shipping process was efficient! I often feel anxious ordering from new platforms 😅, so I was relieved that everything arrived promptly, and I received regular updates throughout the shipping process.
