Steer clear, is my recommendation. Unless you do not mind being manipulated and bullied when you do not do what they want, which is to allow them to rip you off. My experience was at the Spartanburg, SC dealership. Steven is the name of sales person that which I had the unfortunate experience. He said he was a Spartanburg Police Detective. Not a very prudent disclosure given his manipulative, bullying type of behaviors. I was interested in selling my toy hauler. Steven made me a ridiculous offer for the unit and then he refused to provide me with a written estimate. Further, he expected me to sign the title over with nothing more than a verbal that, "the check will be there in 7-10 business days". When I questioned this nonsense, he became agitated and insisted that that is how dealerships conduct business. Ridiculous. When I made the decision that I would give it away to someone of my choosing before selling it to them, they would not allow the church organization to pick the unit up at the dealership. Pillars of the community. The general Manager, Gabriel, simply avoided me. It is my experience that the higher ups know what is going on and have no intention of improving or changing their bully style customer service tactics. That was my experience the end of July 2023
