They are a scam company!! They will sell you an RV and then sell it to someone else.. Then when you get there they try and sell you over priced RV... I would not recommend anyone do any business with them.. Look at all of the bad reviews they have gotten before you waste your time or money with them..They should be turned into the Attorney General Office for fraudulent activities.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

EDIT to keep you updated: We took delivery of our brand-new camper on 2/7/26. It is 2/19/26 and we are being ignored by anyone we try to reach at Optimum RV to resolve the plethora of issues we are experiencing with our brand-new fifth wheel. We have called daily to try and reach resolution and either get a voicemail that is full or have to leave a message with someone. We have yet to receive a response from anyone that can actually help. The list of things wrong with our camper, including all the items previously listed below, include a slide out that is inoperable, and a broken pipe behind the living room fireplace wall that has sprayed water all over the interior of the wall. This is a brand-new camper.Rather than try to make things right, we are being ignored. The reason, we were told, is because they already took a loss on the sale to us.I cannot say this enough:RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! This place is unbelievably terrible in every way.Edit to add more: once I got home with my brand-new camper, we discovered that the batteries were completely dead and could not be recharged. We also discovered on the drive home that the trailer brakes were not functioning. I messaged my sales guy, Norm. I can see that he read my message, but I got no response. Shocking. We had a 1:00 PM pickup appointment, and from the start everything went downhill. The receptionist wouldn’t give us any estimate on when the camper would actually be ready, so we went to lunch to kill time. When we returned, Jason asked if we wanted to take the camper “as is” — not cleaned at all. That was extremely frustrating. We went shopping just to pass more time. When we came back, we waited hours before finally doing the walkthrough. During that walkthrough we discovered missing ladders and steps, plus a huge dent and scratch on the side of the brand new camper. They then had to scramble to find the parts we were missing. After checking out, they finally finished cleaning the camper. We hooked up and left — 7 HOURS after our scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, about 25 feet down the road the spare tire holder fell off and dragged across the pavement. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. The workers themselves were great. There were two amazing employees helping customers and one woman cleaning campers nonstop. The real problem is management, who did absolutely nothing while their staff was overwhelmed.Poor organization, poor management, and zero quality control. This experience was exhausting and disappointing.

New management in,..

New management in,... so much better. I can say this, I purchased an RV from this place few years, and like alot of reviews on here, dealt with the same experiences, recently though, ran into gas issue with the furnace, the new manager- was quick to respond, sent a proper tech who was very thorough. It was difference of night and day- glad the new management seems like they are turning things around, like Trump walking into inherited mess- and turning things towards the good.

WORST COMPANY

Optimum RV is the worst company I’ve worked with in the outsourcing industry. There was no proper training, no clear process, and expectations were poorly explained from day one. The leads provided were extremely low quality and most customers were unreachable, yet agents are blamed for not closing sales. The tools, especially CDK, are painfully slow and make productivity almost impossible. On top of that, the management is completely unprofessional. Christy, the so-called manager, was disrespectful, disorganized, and showed no leadership or support at all. Instead of helping the team succeed, she focused on blaming people for problems caused by poor systems and bad leads. After only two weeks, I was removed without any prior notice or explanation. No professionalism, no transparency, no respect. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

New owners beware

If you are new to owning a RV don't go to this dealership alone. Always use an independent person to go over the unit you are looking at, or stand to be taken advantage of like we were. According to Peyton who showed us our vehicle, everything was good to go and working. We asked about the roof, and was told all was good to go and no attempt to give us access to the roof. Showed us that the hot water heater was working, only halfway. The cigarette lighters on the dash inoperable, water pump was operating until they ran it without water, oops. Let's put it this way, we left the dealership with the unit and drove it home. We took it straight to a RV service center near our house just to have it repaired to the toon of $7400. dollars. We reached out to Peyton and dealership and was told we would receive a phone call that afternoon, we're still waiting for the call. I can go on and on about the bait and hook this dealership and their employees are trained to do. BUYERS BE WEAR

I recently had a disappointing…

I recently had a disappointing experience with Optimum RV Center in Titusville, FL, and I feel compelled to share it to help others make informed decisions. While their overall rating is low (around 1.3 stars), I still recommend reading multiple reviews before proceeding.I contacted their Titusville location to inquire about purchasing a Winnebago Travato, offering $90,000 out-the-door, including sales tax but no additional fees. A salesperson followed up enthusiastically via voicemail, indicating interest and requesting a bit more information to move forward. After speaking with both the salesperson and the general manager, we reached an agreement on the price. However, just a few hours later, I heard nothing back despite expectations of photos and paperwork to proceed with a deposit and inspection. When I followed up, I was informed that a second manager had reconsidered the offer, effectively backing out of the deal. This sudden change felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, which eroded my trust completely.I was prepared to travel a significant distance for an in-person inspection, but after reviewing feedback on sites like Yelp and the Better Business Bureau—filled with similar accounts of unfulfilled promises and refund issues—I decided to walk away.I hope Optimum RV can improve their processes to avoid these kinds of frustrations for future customers. For now, I’d advise caution and suggest exploring other dealerships. #BuyerBeware

They still haven't sent us a title and give us the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

We purchased a Damon Tuscany motorhome from the Pottstown location on 9/29/2025 and paid in full with no lien or loan. We still have not received a title, and every time we talk to someone at the dealership (the title person, the sales person, the general manager) we get a different answer (it’s in the mail, the state is working on it, the previous owner’s bank hasn’t processed the payoff, we have “positive movement”, you’ll have it soon, the bank mailed the title to the old owner and they have been sitting on it since November). The responses to our inquiries have been ever changing, but with no results. Our temporary tags expire TOMORROW (12/19/205) and we will be unable to legally drive our motorhome after that date. We asked for additional temporary tags so we could at least drive the motorhome, but the “title” person at Pottstown said “I asked corporate to handle it” a couple of days ago, but now she won’t even answer the phone or respond to messages. We just want our title that we paid for almost three months ago. And if there is some delay, a clear and precise explanation, not some run around. Not some generic “we have positive movement”. And this doesn’t even address the dash cluster that was stated on the paperwork that the dealership owed us. We've spoken to the general manager, the title person, the parts person, the service manager....and it's all the same. No clear explanation, and no title. This doesn't even touch on the sales experience where they charged is a mandatory $2,495 "cleaning and prep" fee but they did NOTHING. No service, no cleaning, nothing. The unit was filthy inside and out, including hair in the shower drain. The techs were obviously unfamiliar with the unit and couldn't answer any questions about it and couldn't even find half of the switches for things. Their power pedestal specifically for demoing and testing motorhomes couldn't handle both AC units at once, so even though it had a 50 amp breaker, it repeatedly tripped it. And it took them several hours just to get through the sales process that amounted to us giving them money, and them giving us keys. The sales person was constantly blowing smoke and making things up about himself, the motorhome, and anything that came up.The only good thing about the place is the techs seemed competent and friendly from what little interaction we had with them.

Optimum RV Service Department…

Optimum RV Service Department Tallahassee, FL:We have a 2014 Winnebago Tour that had oodles of issues. It needed a new roof, multiple new ACs, a large exterior dent repaired, among many other things. We wanted to sell after the repairs were done. I contacted Optimum RV and was put in touch with the sales team in Ocala, FL. I explained in as much detail as possible the hurdles that we faced. In the back of my mind I was thinking that we might just need to sell it for parts and told them as much. The unit was delivered to the Tallahassee location (a new location that did not yet have a sales team and the closest location to our home) on September 17, 2024. I touched base with the Ocala team many times but did not receive any updates from my queries. On October 31, I received a voicemail from the Ocala team stating that I needed to pick up the RV from the Tallahassee location because of the extent of the damages. ..?? I finally got someone on the phone in Ocala and she said that I was welcome to reach out to the Tallahassee location and speak to them... (a quintessential, "not my problem", attitude). Here is where my 1 Star review for the Ocala Sales Team and their lack of communication, effort and accountability goes to 5 Stars for the Tallahassee Service Team. I called the Tallahassee location and spoke with Ms. Shian. She was bright and cheery and told me that she was new and did not know about the RV but she would help me get the answers I needed. And she did. She directed me to the Service Manager, Mr. Brandon Desmond. He was very familiar with the unit and was not pleased that I had been told to pick it up as they most certainly would be able to fix it. He was open and honest about the extent of the damages, the cost, and the timeframe. It was not going to be quick and there were going to be delays since the unit was older and some pieces might take some time to locate. The process has been slow, but the unit is finally in the works to being handed off to the Tallahassee Sales Team!In the course of my time working with the Tallahassee Service Team, it sounds like there is new management that has prioritized team building between the different departments and streamlining processes to ensure things go more smoothly at their location. Hopefully their efforts will be recognized and mirrored at the Ocala location. In the few months I worked with the Ocala Sales Team I had approximately 5-6 different sales team members working with me come and go. At the Tallahassee location, Shian is still going strong and is as helpful and hard working as she was when we first spoke last November (it is now August 2025). Brandon, the Service Manager, is continuing to grow and train his team. He is incredibly thorough and takes pride in his people and his work. Seeing that kind of retention speaks volumes of a company and their ability to adapt and to grow. Thank you Optimum RV of Tallahassee!
