This created an unhealthy and stressful work environment.A company—no matter how big or small—should not treat its team members this way. Remote workers deserve respect, support, and transparency like anyone else.Advice to Management:Treat your people with fairness. Offer clear expectations, regular feedback, and open communication. When employees feel secure and valued, they do their best work.
