Lack of transparency with withdrawals, they say processed same day (Wire) but then takes until the second day to get processed. Fees aren't 100% disclosed on their website, their platform/data feed is extremely laggy (OptimusFlow & Certigo) and last but not least.. they say $20-40 Wire Transfer fee on the website but then tell you on the phone $40 flat fee for Wires.
Their platform caused me to lose $600 because my stop loss wasn't filled correctly and Certigo data feed was lagging behind live price action so I wasn't able to make proper decisions about exits.
Stay the hell away from this broker unless you want to endure countless headaches.
