Honestly terrible experience, I decided to give them a try to compare vs AMP. Onboarding took an entire week, AMP 1 day from application submission. There website advertises margin rates for MNQ being $100 and MES $50 so I only deposited $500 thinking I’d just trade a few micros, only to find out that those rates are only if you choose rithmic (which is not shown on the site) so I instead end up with ~280 margin requirements for 1 micro which totally messed up my whole trading plan. Wish I never did this and only stuck with AMP. Waste of money and a week waiting for an account. The connection with tradingview is also significantly worse than with AMP

If I can give it a zero I would

If I can give it a zero I would. Just got off the phone with support and he was rude and combative. He said that a monthly fee would be charged and it doesn't state that on their website. I feel like this trading platform is part of some type of scam or ponzi scheme

Customer support is exceptional

Customer support is exceptional. But they lack in one place for everything approach like Ninjatrader for example - account info, Risk management, software links, subscription and so on everything in one place.
