The bracelet is really lovely. Exactly what was advertised. However, the customer service is horrendous. I sent an email about my order and received no reply. The order also took 20 days to be delivered after saying the delivery would be between 4-8 days. So no impressed with that really I'd understand the amount of time if they were just honest about it. Rather than me being worried for the package not showing up!
