I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company! Website states 4-6 days for delivery but a week after placing my orderit has not even been dispatched.I’ve sent lots of emails asking for updates but no response.I doubt I will ever receive my order and if I do it will probably be junk (the sort of stuff you can buy on Ali Express for £1) They pretend to be a UK company but they are in China 😡
This is my 3rd review about Opulant Vogue, the two reviews before this they responded and told me to email their customer service which I did both times, they respond to my email, then they ignore me, my issue has been going on since December 2025. I bought a necklace for £29.99, it said it was tarnish free and hypoallergenic. This is not true, mine tarnished after a couple of days and it brought my neck out in sore bumps and a rash. Don't buy from them as they are scammers, it is just cheap Chinese trash, it's not shipped from London even though it says they are based in London. It's shipped from China. So I'm just letting people know not to buy from them.

Wouldn’t order again. Ordered well over 2 weeks ago. Not too sure why it takes so long for items to be delivered when it says they are based in London. Items still not received. Tracking will not update and they don’t respond to emails. Tried to DM via TikTok, no response. All they seem to care about is getting their collab deals out to ‘influencers’ and leaving paying peoples orders unsent and un responded to !
Shocking service, communication and delivery. I have emailed 7 times chasing my order and never received a response from either email. The order was intended for my daughter’s 15th birthday 5 weeks ago and the website states 4-8 days delivery. Where is my order??????
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Opulent Vogue. I placed an order expecting to receive the necklace I had purchased, but instead I received a completely unrelated item - a bike pedal.I contacted their customer service immediately and have since sent multiple follow-up messages, but I have received no response or assistance whatsoever. This is particularly frustrating as their website states that customer queries will be responded to within 24-72 hours, which clearly has not been the case.The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect basic customer service and a prompt resolution when a company makes a mistake.Until this issue is resolved and I receive the refund that I am owed, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Opulent Vogue.
****SCAM ALERT****TO ALL SHOPPERS. THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS SHOP.Extremely terrible experience. No responses to both emails I sent since I made the order on 22 Feb 2026. Shipment Tracking lacks any information that could provide some clarity on where my order is. It has been 12 days (10 business days) and tracking is showing that Label has been created. This is ridiculous.My order number is #4**39You either deliver this order or refund the money since the order has not been shipped. Either way, I guarantee you that I won't be a repeating customer.
