I bought set for my granddaughter and one item was not suitable.The jewellery is lovely just the necklace was too long …I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to swap it with another one. I emailed used the chat bot loads of times and never received a reply. They have just answered today saying I left it too late to swap with something else !!!!Definitely will not use again or recommendI have just had an email asking me for more details 4 months after this review. I can’t find the order number as I just recently deleted the order in my email … but this confirms their lack of communication or the attention they pay to reviews and lack of customer service. I have my bank statement of my payment to you if as your email said to prove I was a genuine customer!!!
