Took nearly 3 months to receive my order. When I did finally receive it a pair of earrings were missing. I have emailed the customer services a few times and no reply. PEOPLE, PLEASE BE WARY OF ORDERING FROM THIS SITE! My daughter placed an order too spending £180 and still no order and the tracking is rubbish. No help whatsoever from the Customer Service. It shows it’s in transit since March and it’s now mid June! Today is 24 July 2025 and my daughters £180 still hasn’t arrived, still “in transit” this is order number #13652. Opulent Vogue you really need to give people a proper customer service!!!!
