On 8th December, we ordered some jewelry for our daughter's Xmas present . The site said delivery would take 4-8 working days leaving plenty of time to receive this for Xmas. However, nothing arrived till 29 December so after Xmas. Wee contacted them on 22 December about this but got no reply. Our daughter had chosen the jewelry so was most upset when it was not there for Xmas. Finally heard back from them on the day goods were delivered stating it package had arrived but ignoring that it was late. I wrote to their customer service about this and have never heard back from anyone. So all is all, they did not hold on the delivery promise meaning our daughter did not have one of her main Xmas presents and their client service department just ignore emails!! Unprofessional, unreliable and poor service. The jewelry was fine but all else was substandard.
