Firstly, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I did order from them back in Sept 25 & had no issues, hence why I ordered from them again. However, something with this company has clearly shifted since then & LOTS of people seem to be having the same issues (including myself this time! 🤬). I placed an order on the 3rd Dec 25, received confirmation & on 7th Dec had an email saying my order was on its way. As of today (22nd Dec), it’s still not arrived. UK shipping was supposed to take 4-8 days, but other correspondence said it would be here no later than the 19th Dec. The tracking is useless & just says: - Status: Order ReadyWaiting for carrier to update tracking information, please try again later.This tracking hasn’t changed/been updated in weeks! I have emailed numerous times, filled in their online enquiry form & messaged via TikTok more than once. They are completely ignoring me & not replying. Makes sense now why they’ve not got a customer service contact telephone number available. I have now had to go to my bank to try & get a refund issued for this order. I have also reported them via TikTok, as they are clearly just ripping people off & need stopping ASAP!
