I placed my order on 12th November 2025 and did not receive it until 1st December, what i received was not what i ordered. I emailed the email address from the website on 1st December, and also messaged via social media. I still had no response by the 5th December so re-emailed and used the contact us form from the website. I received and email response finally on the 10th December asking for photos of proof of the incorrect order, which i sent on the 10th and also messaged again via Tik Tok. I am still awaiting a response as to when they will send the correct item. The customer service is absolutely shocking!!
