Absolutely terrible company and awful customer service. Ordered £100 worth of jewellery on 13/11/25. Told it would take 4-8 days. Item hasn’t been dispatched yet and it’s 26/11/25 contacted the company twice with no reply. Steer clear of this company. It’s either a scam or just an awful organisation to deal with. Hoping the jewellery will arrive eventually but not holding my breath! Daughter’s birthday passed now who the gift was for. Annoyed and disappointed with myself for not checking trust pilot reviews first as they are shocking!
