I am incredibly frustrated with my experience ordering from Opulent Vogue. I placed an order for £50 worth of jewellery three weeks ago, with an expected delivery date this week. However, my order still hasn’t arrived.When I try to check my order status, the system keeps showing an error message telling me to “try again” - which is completely unhelpful when I’m trying to find out where my purchase is.I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the company through email and have sent several messages via their TikTok account, but I have received absolutely no response.At this point, I have no idea if my order is even being processed, if it’s lost, or if I’ve just wasted £50. For a company selling products online, basic communication and order tracking should be the bare minimum.I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Opulent Vogue
