I am writing regarding my order (#44990), which I placed on February 4th. Unfortunately, I have still not received my package, and I am unable to track it.
This situation is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have contacted them multiple times without receiving any response, which is unacceptable. The bracelets I ordered were intended as gifts, and I have now been waiting for nearly two months.
At this point, I no longer wish to receive the items. I am requesting a full refund immediately.
If I do not hear back from you promptly, I will consider taking further action.
I expect a quick resolution to this matter.
