I started with another provider in my new flat 13 years ago, which changed hands several times. I switched to this service in December 2024 due to my health needs; I rely on the internet for shopping and streaming, not gaming. Unfortunately, the service was down more than it was operational in January 2025, with a nine-day outage. I received numerous messages about a 'technical issue' in my area, which was inconvenient. Their contract is 'null and void' as they haven't provided me with a fully functioning internet connection, yet I still receive emails demanding payment. They are the worst service I have ever encountered; they will not receive any payments from me.
